Conservation Districts Conservation Tillage Incentive Program Working with the FAP program, this program is coordinated by the Caledonia, Winooski and White River Districts to support reduced tillage practices on high priority fields. Conservation Reserve Enhancement Program (CREP) CREP is an enhanced version of the federal Conservation Reserve Program (CRP), which are both tools that compensate landowners for agricultural land near streams that is converted into vegetated stream buffers.
