Burke Trees for Streams: Grant Awarded
Vermont Watershed Grants, funded by Vermont conservation license plates, have awarded a grant to the the Conservation District and the Burke Conservation Commission to plant buffers along streams and rivers in the town of Burke. 

Lake Champlain and Tributaries Restoration Fund Grant Awarded
Thank you to the Vermont Community Foundation Fund for their generous support of this grant program.  The Caledonia County NRCD was awarded over $25,000 for our project Reconnecting the Upper Lamoille: Culvert Project Development Program. This funding will go to support the improvement of fish passage in the Upper Lamoille by developing engineering and designs for replacement or retrofit of high priority culverts in the area.
